The heart of Pharink is our people.
The major strength of Pharink is our ability to translate technical problems or issues into clear management issues, and then to provide practical advice and solutions.
Senior Management may be frustrated by technologists who seem to fail to understand the business context in which they operate. Digital Managers may be frustrated in their endeavours to resolve technical problems and to continue to strive for ever more cost efficient ways to deliver technology infrastructure and services that require the support and commitment of Senior Management. Our senior and experienced staff together with our Managing Director’s involvement in Pharink assignments, ensures that management advice is provided which clearly articulates any identified problems.
Our people are all highly experienced independent contractors and widely acknowledged as experts. We draw on the expertise of independent contractors and academics to provide the most appropriately skilled and experienced people for the client task at hand. Since these people are not full-time employees we are able to tailor the most appropriate experience and skills mix for any possible client assignment.
It is the depth of experience and wide-ranging expertise of the Pharink people that distinguishes our firm.
